7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Aistottle for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

After the initial 7-day period, the following applies to monthly subscription renewals:

  • Monthly subscription fees of $9.99 are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion for extenuating circumstances — please contact us to discuss.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.
  • There has been a technical failure that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day initial guarantee period (for routine renewals).
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content that is functioning as intended.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period (except within the 7-day guarantee window). After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until your current billing period ends.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@aistottle.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
